Israeli Regulators Issue Joint Warning on Cryptocurrencies

The Bank of Israel (BoI) and the Israeli Ministry associated with Finance have issued the joint statement calling on the general public to exercise caution with regard to digital currencies.

The warning falls in collection with what we’ve heard from government bodies across the world over the past few months.

The Bank of his home country of israel and the ministry stress that will digital currencies are not legal tender, nor are they issued or even backed by a central financial institution, which means there is not legal requirement for anyone to accept or trade them.
