Polish Bitcoin Exchange Bitcurex Targeted by Hacking Attack

Poland’s leading bitcoin trade Bitcurex temporarily shut down its web site today following a hack which usually targeted funds in its users’ bitcoin wallets.

The exchange’ s personnel published a message on fb which stated that because of “ to an error plus ongoing maintenance works” the platform had decided to “ briefly shut down [its] service”.

organization representatives told CoinDesk that the decision to temporarily near the website will allow the platform’s IT team to “ perform a necessary verification”.
