Argentina-based bitcoin swap Unisend stopped consumer deposits and financial institution transfers on Mon after Banco Santander Río and Banco Gailicia abruptly closed its balances.
Santander and Gailicia directed Unisend published notification on 28th and 31st July, respectively. Each cited Content 792 of Argentina’s program code of commerce, which claims that the banking relationship may be terminated at the ask for of a financial institution or its consumer provided 10 days and nights notice is offered.
