Decentral and the Ethereum Meetup Group are holding their 2nd Decentralized Tech occasion tonight at the MaRS Centre in Toronto, Ontario. The subjects for the evening are the impending release of Ethereum, the increase in people buying and selling bitcoin in Canada, and the variety of venture capital in the area.
“Over 300 individuals attended our first DEC_TECH occasion in March,” stated Anthony Di lorio, president and creator of Decentral and host of DEC_TECH 2.0.
There will be three different panels at tonight’s occasion. The very first will be with Ethereum creators Vitalik Buterin, Joseph Lubin and Di lorio talking about the innovation. Ethereum is a platform that will permit applications to be developed and worked on a totally decentralized network.
The next panel will be a conversation with 4 speakers in the digital currency exchange market. The speakers are Gerald Cotton of QuadrigaXC, Jaron Lukasiewicz of Coinsetter & & CAVirtex, Virgile Rostand of Coinsquare and Jamie Robinson of QuickBT.
The last panel will be a discussion with Matthew Roszak, the founding partner of Tally Capital and the CEO of the just recently launched Chicago Bitcoin Center, who will be discussing financial backing in decentralized technology.
The event opens at 6 p.m. with the very first presentation beginning at 6:30. There will be refreshments served after all presentations up until 9 p.m.
