  1. I don't see what was so wrong with the audience.
Remember that unlike most of you who are commenting on this video, they probably haven't seen the other Youtube videos on "What is Bitcoin" or "What Are Blockchains" that you folks probably saw before you clicked on this one.
After reading your comments, I was expecting that the audience would boo him off stage or not clap at the end or something. ???

  2. I'm digging the Blockchain technology research I'm doing. Just joined a social network that claims to be using such for its transactions. Awesome informative speech on it.

My question though is can't a hacker copy info, and use it elsewhere as if they own it. How does Blockchain prevent ID theft or information duplication aka impersonation?

  3. I still don't get it. Sure it might be good for few financial or legal services where you need the entire history of the product and multiple owners, but after ethereum people suggest to put basically everything in the blockchain.
So what about the storage limitations, why would anyone download tenth of GB of data just to check some sort of ID that might as well be provided by a trusted centralized service?

  4. Great talk – German audience (that's our nature – but they have been listening very carfully and this express also a lots of respect.. :-))

  5. Priya Vasudevan Mahajan

Although we say, "multiple parties collaborate without having to trust each other", shouldn't there be a consensus between the peers??

  6. Great talk Mr lantz please share the links if you have handy for project help us build blockchain or any material help us do that.
