On Sunday July 24, from 1:30?’“ & ldquo; 3:00 pm, I will be giving a workshopcalled “Banking With Bitcoin” at the Enchanted Forest Gatheringin Northern California.During this workshop, I will teach attendees about the essentials of Bitcoin, then go on to explain the many manner ins which Bitcoin can be utilized to do jobs normally associated with banking. This talk is based on the material released in my book “Bitcoin: Be Your Own Bank” and will include some brand-new content that I plan to release in the 2nd edition of my book. There will likewise be an interactive session and plenty of time for Q&A and group conversation.
From exactly what I hear, there is not likely to be really strong wifi or mobile data networks available at the Event place so all Bitcoin activities will have to occur simply in the abstract. However, I intend for all workshop participants to walk away feeling great that they can set up a wallet and get begun with Bitcoin upon going back to civilization i.e. someplace with a web connection.
Before I was invited (HTAdam B. Levine), I had never ever come across the Enchanted Forest Event. But I am so grateful that I did! This is a description from the event site:
“Commemorated as NorCal’s premiere mindful living, music, and motion celebration, Enchanted Forest Gathering produces close-knit neighborhood experiences within a fairy tale setting of stunning Oak trees at Black Oak Cattle ranch in Laytonville, CA.”
Here are some pictures from previous occasions:
If this year is anything like previous years, it makes certain to be a good time! There are going to be other workshops too on many diverse subjects, including “Calligraffiti,” “Detoxing from the Matrix,” “Dance flooring politics,” “The best ways to make love like a goddess,” and a lot more.
I’m looking forward to discovering and showing fellow festival-goers, and want to see lots of familiar faces there too. This will be an excellent opportunity for the Bitcoin neighborhood to share our passion for modification and disruptive innovation with an open-minded audience, so I encourage you to attendif you can make it.
